Roles And Responsibilities

Handling Front Desk and Co-ordination, Good Communication Skill.

  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

Take care of the allocated reception space.

  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.

Candidate should have Fast learning and Positive Attitude.

Receive, collect and transfer objects as well as messages.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have Good communication skills, adaptive nature, pleasant personality
