JOB SUMMARY

  1. Create and manage the entire content, roll out and ongoing monitoring of new and existing training content for FLG Training Operations Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partnering with Business seniors to seek their inputs and customize content and interventions accordingly
  • Design and develop course content
  • Manage our LMS/SAP and create reporting mechanisms
  • Design infographics and videos as and when necessary & requested for
  • Be proactive and suggest new learning materials
  • Research on industry-related topics
  • Establish a clear workflow to support and manage content development
  • Create e-learning and mobile learning course (nugget size learning) for All Department materials from own Sources or create the content.
  • Designing and imparting various behavioral training interventions for all levels of the employee of the organization.

Measures of Success

  • Take up rate of LMS Courses on SAP
  • Quarterly Content Creation for course line-up
  • Feedback from stakeholders

Key competencies/skills required

  1. Proficiency in content creation tools (vyond, Articulate 360, Powerpoint, etc
  2. Principles of Instructional design, Storyboarding
  3. Interpersonal relations

Desired qualification and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Education, or a related field
  • 4-7 years of experience with LMS & SAP platforms
  • Must have created contents, e-learning courses & integrated into Org. LMS
  • Fluency in written and oral English
  • Must have worked in BFSI / NBFC sectors s she/ he will be needed to source and write and form modules. which means should know about capital markets/finance world etc.
  • Expertise in software like PPT. Articulate360 and using online platform like VYOND for creating video based learnings
