Job description
0-3 Years of Experience in sales & marketing
1.To interact with key suppliers and ensure the price list are available with clear discounts and lead time for deliverable.
2 .To frequently validate the pricelist and discounts received by suppliers.
3 .To actively participate in project costing.
4 .To prepare standard templates for bill of material and thus standardize the costing sheet for project.
5. Ensure record of the costing sheet are preserved and maintained appropriately.
6.To actively follow the sales procedure guideline.
7.To escalate any issues raise to the seniors.
8.To actively participate in internal sales meeting and record the MOM.
9.To verify and validate and purchase orders received from customer are in line with the final offer.
10.To highlight the discrepancies if any.
11.Inter departmental follow up of status of deliverables.
12.Interact with Project team to update the Material input for further costing requirements.
13.Plan effective marketing for customers with regular follow ups.
14.Participate in commercial negotiations with suppliers.
15.Ensure the team spirit is maintained high in all respects.
Skills:
B.E./ Electrical & electronics ,Diploma with Electrical background .
