Intern – Product certification & After Sales Service Support

Role Description This is a full-time on-site Intern Assistant role at Pirelli located in New Delhi. The Intern Assistant will be responsible for below duties & responsibilities:

Main Duties & Responsibilities: Work closely with the Product Certification Department Maintaining the database for Product Certification & License (BIS, TAC, AIS 142, labeling, etc.) Assisting the team with compiling analyzing and presenting the data Uploading the data in SAP and replying to the various queries from HQ, Customers & sales team Coordinating, visiting various test Labs (ARAI, IRMRA) & Govt Departments (BIS, BEE) to follow up for various Product certification & new requests. Continuously seek opportunities for improving the quality of information and service offered to clients and colleagues.

Key Requirements: Lateral thinking with strong problem-solving ability. Strong communication skills – both verbal and written Excellent time management skills IT literacy (particularly excel) Ability to identify and implement operational process improvements. Experience in supporting sales team is preferred. Ability to build strong relationships with the team and management. Highly organized and efficient with great attention to detail Trustworthy & Committed Self-motivated Preferably from Tyre technical background

Salary Detail - INR 450,000 (negotiable)
