Role Description As an SAP Integration Support Engineer at Positka, you will play a pivotal role in delivering value to our clients through seamless integration of SAP systems with various tools and platforms. Working independently with senior clients, you will drive client satisfaction in a high-expectation environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support for SAP integrations, including tools like Splunk, to ensure smooth operation and assist clients in resolving any issues. You will have the opportunity to contribute to thought leadership, innovation, and business development within the organization. As SAP Integration Support Engineer, you will develop deep expertise in solving problems associated with pipelines for highly security data exchange between SAP and other open / SaaS solutions. This is a fast changing arena and you will be challenged to learn new skills on an on-going basis. Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP integrations with various tools, including but not limited to Splunk, in accordance with client requirements. Collaborate with clients to understand their integration needs and configure the systems accordingly. Monitor the performance and health of SAP integrations, proactively identifying and resolving any issues. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and integration experts, to enhance the integration functionality and address customer needs. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices related to SAP integrations and tools such as Splunk. Experience, Skills, Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP systems and integration projects. Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, components, and integration methodologies. Experience in integrating SAP systems with various tools and platforms, including but not limited to Splunk, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time monitoring capabilities. Proficiency in integration technologies and protocols such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Data Services, RESTful APIs, and messaging queues. Understanding of and experience working with SAP HANA. Experience working with SAP BTP would be an advantage. Solid understanding of SAP security frameworks and authorization models. PFSI Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
