Overall Expectations: With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head to lead our Sales and Marketing team. As the Sales Head for machine division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies at a national and international level, and managing a high-performing sales team. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strong customer relationships, managing key accounts, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities: Market expansion Identify new business opportunities for market expansion and penetration across India. Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competition. Identify trends and evaluate new product ideas to expand the product range as needed. Manage Key Accounts and establish strong relationships with top customer leaders. Export Sales: Develop and implement strategic plans to grow export sales. Build and maintain relationship with international stake holders. Strategic leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive strategic planning and decision-making. Drive top-line growth of the division. Process management & improvement Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to optimize processes and achieve revenue targets. Improve process for better and fast results if required. Candidate Profile: Engineering Graduate. Minimum 25 years of experience in the machine/capital equipment industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Proven success in developing and executing business strategies that resulted in substantial revenue growth. Must have exposure in export sales. Should be able to connect well to top most people of other companies. Should be able to lead from front. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and make data-driven decisions. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.Job tags
