We are looking for a confident individual who is a team player, is driven, pro-active can use initiative and has a general passion to learn and succeed.Work under the guidance of the managing director to bring new clients and revenue sources.

The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly and can execute in an environment characterized by speed, fun, and collaboration.

This is a full time role with both office based and onsite visit to potential clients.

Role:

* Be the first of a new team, developing and implementing sales processes and sales plan alongside senior management.

* regular phone calls and visits

* Ensuring reorders and upselling

* Research potential customers by channel

* Driving revenue and margin, ensuring alignment with the commercial, brand and distribution aims of the business

* Preparation of sales forecasts, analysing sales figures & presentations for wholesale customers

* Working to achieve sales targets

* Speaking directly to prospects and clients with a view to building revenues and customer relationships

* Understanding the product and customer profile and write thorough specs for each.

* Drive profitable growth while maintaining market competitive price levels and meet/exceed ambitious sales targets

* Ensure customer satisfaction, customer value and profitability

* Lead Generation

* Cold Calling to gain new business and following it up to establish relationships

* Account management and retaining current clients.

* Self-motivated, hard-working and resilient

* Digital Marketing

* Content Creation like Leaflets, posts and videos

* Posting content in social media
