Job description
We are currently hiring for 'Lead Technology - Mechanical' for one of our reputed and prominent client and MNC based organization.
Experience : 10-16 years
Qualifications : BE/BTech /MTech/MCA
Location : Pune
The candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological trajectory of the product by outlining a comprehensive roadmap and crafting Proof of Concepts (PoCs) or prototypes to validate innovative ideas. The primary objective is to establish core intellectual property (IP) and distinct differentiators for the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify opportunities for distinctiveness in the mechanical design and performance of fans (including ceiling, wall, pedestal, and exhaust fans).
- Utilize simulation techniques to assess and optimize designs effectively.
- Develop PoCs and prototypes to validate novel designs.
- Generate intellectual property that is eligible for patenting.
- Define a forward-looking technology roadmap for the product category, taking into account industry advancements.
- Conduct technology benchmarking by comparing competitor products across various domains.
- Perform technology feasibility assessments, considering factors such as aesthetics, manufacturability, and cost.
