Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Business Partner in Chennai. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing HR policies, Employee Relations, compliance with Labor and Employment Law, and Performance Management.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR policies and Human Resources practices
- Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing Employee Relations and Performance Management,HRBP, Experienced in taking New initiative and succession planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Professional certifications such as SHRM or PHR are a plus
