Role purpose
Reporting to the Manager, Supplier Invoice Management and in this capacity be accountable for:
- To do end to end supplier invoice reconciliation and Dispute Management .
- To ensure all the relevant OLO supplier invoices are approved within the define SLA
- Responsible for identifying discrepancies in the OLO supplier invoices.
- Responsible for timely closure of disputes raised with OLO suppliers.
Key accountabilities
- Investigate within COLT and Supplier databases to identify genuine Supplier invoice inaccuracies.
- Co-ordinate with Accounts Payable (Finance) Teams in India to ensure validity, Approval and payment of invoices and credits due within Supplier and COLT contractual timescales.
- Identify root cause of recurring supplier billing inaccuracies and provide details to local team to resolve with suppliers.
- Proactively resolve the issues in COLT’s database and correct them.
- Take personal ownership of performance against defined objectives. Notify line manager of all issues encountered, propose solutions and agree prior to implementation. Formally escalate all ongoing unresolved issues.
Role specific requirements
Skills & Experience
- Requires extensive knowledge of CEOS,OHS,XNG & SEIBEL
- Excellent command of English
- Experience in setting up processes
- Experience in communicating complex matters concisely to non-specialist audiences both in verbal and written form
- Experience of providing clear and concise analysis, wherever possible quantitative, as a decision aid
