Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Content Head to lead our Spanish Content Division. This role is crucial in providing an immersive learning experience. The role will have high visibility and direct opportunities to work with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate should be a native Spanish speaker or must possess a very strong command of the Spanish language, coupled with excellent English skills. He/She will play a pivotal role in curriculum design, team leadership, and strategic oversight of the content creation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Spanish language curriculum, ensuring it meets the learning needs of our target audience.
• Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 educators, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Work closely with product, design and tech teams to integrate content seamlessly into our app, ensuring a user-friendly learning experience.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker or equivalent proficiency, with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in content creation, ideally within the language learning industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous curriculum design and content generation experience for a language learning application is highly desired.
