Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Natural Language Processing (NLP) Engineer located in Pune. As a Senior NLP Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing NLP models and algorithms to automate business logic. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and provide solutions that leverage NLP technologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring junior NLP engineers and guiding them towards best practices in NLP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Natural Language Processing, Linguistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in NLP, with demonstrated expertise in developing NLP models and algorithms
- Experience with NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or Gensim
- Proficient in Python, and experience in Java or C++
- Demonstrated expertise in both machine learning and rule-based methods for NLP
- Experience in developing chatbots and virtual assistants using NLP
- Experience with data analysis, text mining, and data visualization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to mentor junior NLP engineers
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud technologies
