Role Description
Radadiya CNC is looking for a full-time Salesperson who will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, managing sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building with customers. This is a hybrid role, based in Hyderabad with some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Sales experience with a proven track record of successful sales results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry, specifically CNC machines, is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or engineering
