Job description
We are a company with a matured SaaS-based product that manages primarily POS, inventory management, and ERP functionalities for businesses.
Responsibilities - Develop new business with prospective and existing clients
- Understand, take part and possibly lead the implementation/configuration phase of our products for client accounts
- Demonstrate our products in remote screen share sessions to the new prospects.
- Guide the clients and their various teams on how to use our products, and answer their queries in written or presentation sessions.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Skills - Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Software Product implementer, Software product presenter, or relevant role
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and presentation abilities
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
