Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Cotton Concepts (CC), a leading home textiles manufacturer. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle customers with empathy and patience
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, orders, and returns
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and company policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
