Job description

Experience in resolving application , environment related issues , working in L2/L3 support
capacity
Well versed with virtualization and containerization technologies like: VMs, Docker,
Kubernetes
Good working experience on Linux and Windows server environments
Experience on automation using shell , java or python
Good experience on any cloud platform like: Azure , AWS or GCP
Experience in handling incident bridge and communicating with multiple stakeholders to
resolve the issues
Good hands-on coding experience in Java, RDBMS
Aware of issue tracking, test management tools like Jira
Good analytical and communication skills
