Lead Engineer - Voice & Contact Center (Cisco IPT, Teams) Lead Engineer responsible for formulating and defining specifications for complex software programming applications in Voice and Contact Center using Cisco IPT and Teams. This position reports into Contact Center & Voice, Lead and is based at Kenvue Solutions India.

Info Technology description. What You Will Do The Lead Engineer - Voice & Contact Center (Cisco IPT, Teams) is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and testing software solutions for the system. You will research emerging technologies, develop project plans, and manage internal and external resources to ensure deliverables on time and within budget.:

Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of voice and contact center solutions using Cisco IPT and Teams technologies. Design and architect complex voice and contact center solutions that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of voice and contact center solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in the team. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in voice and contact center technologies and incorporate them into solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all voice and contact center solutions. Design and develop highly complex software solutions for the system, leveraging insights from emerging technologies and subject matter expertise in the area of Voice & Contact Center (Cisco IPT, Teams). Evaluate available options and implement the best course of action to ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget. Develop project plans and schedules, and manage internal and external resources to support assigned projects. Provide guidance and oversight to contract employees for day-to-day assignments, and coach and mentor lower level associates within the team. Act as a key liaison with internal and external business partners to ensure that key commitments and milestones are delivered on time. Provide complex technical consultation and leadership to multidisciplinary teams across business, and make recommendations on hardware/software. Enhance and refine the existing responsibilities to align with the Lead Engineer role.

What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. 6-8 years of experience in designing and implementing voice and contact center solutions using Cisco IPT and Teams technologies. Expertise in Voice & Contact Center (Cisco IPT, Teams) and emerging technologies. Strong understanding of voice and contact center technologies, including SIP, RTP, and CTI. Experience with call routing, IVR, and ACD systems. Experience in Genesys is good to Have skill. Requires 6-8 years of work experience in designing and developing highly complex software solutions for the system. University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Ability to negotiate and achieve business strategy, and provide guidance and oversight to contract employees for day-to-day assignments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to act as a key liaison with internal and external business partners. Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers in the team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to design innovative solutions. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Enhance and refine the existing requirements to align with the Lead Engineer role.
