1. Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using Microsoft Business Center applications. 2. Configuring and customizing Microsoft Business Center applications to meet specific business needs. 3. Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients and team members. 4. Conducting training sessions for clients and team members on how to use Microsoft Business Center applications effectively. 5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Microsoft Business Center solutions. 6. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft Business Center applications. 7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Business Center features and technologies. Overall, the role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Business Center applications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Microsoft Business Central Development: Act as a primary developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Contribute to software development projects and manage individual tasks related to the design, development, and maintenance of Business Central applications. Use AL language for customization and extension development. Functional Knowledge: Understand the business processes in the finance module of Business Central. Use this knowledge to assist in the design and implementation of business solutions tailored to our unique business needs. Develop and implement new functionalities in the Business Central Finance Module, ensuring they align with the business requirements. Integration and Testing: Design and develop integrations with other systems and platforms. Conduct unit testing, debugging, and documentation for developed features and integrations. Liaise with the QA team to facilitate effective testing processes. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with the project team, including analysts, project managers, and other developers. Be comfortable working in an agile environment. Regularly communicate with non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical information into understandable terms. Customer Support and Training: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot software issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner. Develop and deliver training to end-users and other team members as required, ensuring users can effectively utilize the system's features.
