Job Description
Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for:
- Built various new models using various software
- Process development (Lab scale experimental set up, fundamental (kinetics/VLE/VP), data generation, process tolerance)
- Develop lab scale process for synthesis
- Kinetic data generation using lab scale batch reactor & continuous reactor
- Leveraged process-engineering skills to support the business case by evaluating CAPEX and OPEX
- Work on the process intensification technologies e.g. Reactive Chromatography, Divided wall distillation column, Micro reactor, thin film evaporator
The Successful Applicant
- Chemical Engineer with vast experience as process technologist in petrochemical/chemical/pharmaceuticals process in R&D
- Proven R&D skills for various chemical / polymer process technology development / transfer technology
- Experience in setting up laboratories and experimental set ups for high temperature high pressure gas-liquid-solid catalysed reactions
- Exceptional communication skills to manage external stakeholders
- Hands on experience in scale up of various processes from laboratory to pilot plant scale
