Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Ankur J in South Delhi. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing staff and budgets, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Experience in production management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of production processes and equipment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of budgeting and financial planning
- Experience in quality control and assurance
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Experience in a related industry and knowledge of industry regulations and standards is a plus.
