About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to join our marketing team. As a Campaign Coordinator at CleverTap, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about project management in marketing, data-driven decision-making, and contributing to the success of a rapidly growing tech company.
What will you do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign objectives and requirements
- Build project plans to align all teams around tasks and timelines
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to develop compelling campaign assets
- Utilize marketing automation tools to set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign details, schedules, and results
What are we looking for
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4-8 years of work experience
- Proven experience in project management of marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B or tech-focused environment
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
Good to have:
- Experience managing the execution online events such as webinars
- Experience coordinating offline events in multiple countries
- Understanding of mobile marketing trends and best practices
- Familiarity with salesforce and hubspot
- Google analytics and ads certifications
Measures of success:
- Timely and accurate execution of marketing campaigns
- Improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, engagement metrics, and lead generation
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Positive impact on overall marketing strategy and goals
