Part of Procurement & SCM Transformation team, reporting to Procurement & SCM Transformation Lead and responsible for designing and implementing DH Procurement & SCM processes in Oracle Fusion system.

Job Summary:

Procurement & SCM functional Consultant will be responsible for business requirements, solution design, configuration of processes, finalization of reports, integrations, & extensions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Oracle Procurement & SCM Cloud Fusion functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert driving through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for Oracle Procurement & SCM Cloud Fusion projects
  • Deep knowledge of Fusion end to end cycle of requisition, sourcing, Procurement, supplier portal and inventory. Knowledge of process manufacturing will be added advantage
  • Knowledge of key concepts like Delegation of authority, approvals, budgeting, accounting, projects etc.
  • Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Procurement & SCM Cloud Fusion functionality
  • Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle SCM Cloud Fusion projects
  • Identify functionality gaps in Oracle Procurement & SCM Cloud Fusion, and finalize the solution so that technical team can build extensions for them
  • Configure the Oracle SCM Cloud Fusion Application to meet user requirements and document application set-ups
  • Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle SCM Cloud Fusion projects
  • Implement Security for Oracle SCM Cloud Fusion projects
  • Assist users in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle SCM Cloud Fusion projects
  • Support users with the execution of test scripts
  • Validate configuration and data for Oracle SCM Cloud Fusion projects
  • Lead migration of configuration, integrations and extensions to Production for Oracle SCM Cloud Fusion projects
  • Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle SCM Cloud Fusion projects with various stakeholders including internal and external parties
  • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
  • Provide status and issue reports to the Transformation Lead – PROCUREMENT & SCM on a regular basis
  • Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle SCM Cloud Fusion project
  • Superior communications skills, both verbal and written

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement & SCM - minimum 1 Fusion Projects

  • Oracle Fusion Procurement & SCM certified
  • Hands-on experience with Fusion release 20 or higher
