Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the insurance options available, aiming to convert these leads into sales. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing ongoing support and advice to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals. Sales Strategy and Execution: Create and execute effective sales strategies based on thorough market research and competitor analysis, focusing on meeting or exceeding sales targets. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the range of insurance products offered, especially cyber insurance, and effectively communicate their benefits and features to clients. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving the company's sales and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications Educational Background: A Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred. Minimum 2 Years Experience. Sales Experience: Proven track record in business development and sales, with experience in the insurance sector highly regarded. Understanding of Cyber Insurance: Previous experience selling cyber insurance or a willingness to learn about cyber risks and insurance solutions is a significant advantage. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and effectively presenting complex information. Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans and adapt to changing environments. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. Self-Motivated: Independent worker with the ability to also collaborate effectively as part of a team, often under pressure and tight deadlines.
