Job description
- Manage the Inside Sales function comprising of Representatives, responsible for bringing in renewal/upsell business with current customers.
- Plan and prioritize channel activities and customer sales plays to achieve sales targets.
- Drive the business planning process and execution of the GTM for the business unit.
- Report on progress against the business plan.
- Act as an escalation point for Forcepoint customers and accept inbound and perform outbound telephone calls from / to end users and reseller partners to maintain customer satisfaction and progress sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
- Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives, and communications for the assigned team.
- Work closely with sales operations, channel and renewals leadership team.
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Preferably Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years + experience in inside software sales to various channels and direct sales with corporate accounts, security software sales a plus.
- Experience strategically planning, forecasting, and managing a sales region.
- Management of a team of sales professionals.
- Proven success meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent sales presentation skills with the ability to influence and impact an audience.
- Ability to understand, communicate and execute corporate objectives internally and externally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- MS Office suite.
