ExuberantHR Consulting is a topnotch recruitment consultant and currently seeking experienced resources for the Head of Accounts & Finance (HOD) role for a leading heavy infrastructure and construction subsidiary company in the iron and steel sector. Job Title: Head of Accounts & Finance (HOD)

Location: Lower Parel Mumbai (Corporate Office)

Industry Preference: Construction / Infrastructure / EPC

Experience Required: 1015 Years (78 Years post CA qualification)

Education: CA Qualified

Budget: 2030 Lakhs

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join an esteemed organization as the Head of Accounts & Finance (HOD) . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of the company and ensuring sound financial management by industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct regular financial forecasting to provide insights for strategic decisionmaking.
• Direct & Indirect Taxes:
• Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments in financial strategies.
• Policies and Procedures:
• Establish and maintain robust financial policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure adherence and recommend improvements as needed.
• Finance Operations:
• Oversee daytoday financial operations including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• SAP FICO Knowledge:
• Demonstrate proficiency in SAP FICO utilizing the system to optimize financial processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1015 years of experience including 78 years postqualification.
• Proven track record in financial leadership roles preferably in the Construction Infrastructure or EPC industry.

Reporting and Team Management:

• Report directly to the CEO and Deputy CFO providing regular updates on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Supervise and lead a team of 34 finance professionals initially fostering a collaborative and highperformance work culture.

Travel Requirements:

• The position requires 34 days of travel per month to various plant locations for onsite financial assessments and coordination.
