Job Responsibilities

-Monitors operations with an eye toward improving productivity and efficiency.
- Designs efficient production processes and workflows.
- Ensures that processes are designed to ensure that products meet quality standards.
- Reduces waste and addresses production issues.
- Reviews production schedules, processes, and specifications.
- Evaluates data to implement technological improvements in production processes.
- Implements controls to monitor costs and minimize production issues.
- Works with all stakeholders to develop, design and standardise.
- Designs facility layout and requirements in relation to production operations.
- Helps to develop instruction manuals for production.
- Ensures that work processes are safe and addresses safety issues and concerns.
- Generates process documentation and reports.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards in the field or industry
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and supply-chain management
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Just In Time (JIT)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Data analytics skills and experience
- Attention to detail
- Project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously
- Experience using SAP
