Main activities
- Vision: Develop a dynamic brand vision for PEG that embodies our commitment to employee development, the 70-20-10 learning model, and our overarching learning culture.
- Visual Identity: Create and maintain a consistent and visually appealing internal and external identity for PEG, including logos, color schemes, and design elements.
- Communication Strategy: Craft comprehensive communication strategies that effectively convey our learning culture, skills-focused organization, and growth mindset principles.
- Content Creation: Generate engaging content for various platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Plazza, email campaigns, video campaigns, posters, kakemonos for events (in partnership with other PEG entities), testimonials from certification completers, "how-to" videos, and any other learning-related materials.
- Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community exchange among our employees, promoting the sharing of knowledge and skills through various channels.
- ROI Focus: Develop and maintain metrics to measure the return on investment (ROI) of our learning initiatives and ensure that the learning function aligns with our ROI mindset.
- Simplicity and Proactivity: Promote simplicity in our communication methods and proactively seek opportunities to enhance our learning culture.
