About the Role

Business Process Analyst License Managemnet & Metrics
Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid

About the Role:
The Business Process Analyst – License Management is responsible for maintaining and developing the NKC metrics database and dashboard (VALUE) in line with upcoming needs and in close collaboration with the NKC leadership team and the license managers as well as being responsible for all operational aspects related to the financial processing of NKC handled license agreements and compliance with Novartis internal guidelines.
Furthermore, the BPA will support the business with sophisticated analysis, forecasts, and reporting related to the NKC metrics and finances and provide accurate operational information and advice to support the annual budgeting, rolling forecast and any strategic planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for utilization tracking for NKC services and licensed resources.
• Provide trend analysis/dashboards to support NKC content strategy and efficient portfolio management.
• Ensure data quality, monitor usage patterns and potential misuse.
• Propose, implement, and monitor NKC Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Implement, analyze, report, and help optimizing services delivered. Support organizing and handling of regular reporting and organization of feedback meetings including KPI reporting, etc.
• Upload statistics in Excel format on a periodic basis, ensuring data quality vs. previous months. Build tables and views as vital to prioritize and query data.
• Assist management with financial procedures such as budget and revenue tracking, forecasting and analyzing.
• Review and prepare required finance reports such as manual and linear accruals. Ensure compliance with Novartis internal Finance and Procurement guidelines and processes.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements
• Business degree from business school or higher education degree in economics, finance, or other relevant field.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in the financial or operational field with an intercultural global company. Programming and visualization skills required. Strong communication and analytical skills. Background in information sciences, knowledge management a plus.
• Programming experience and experience with data visualization and in maintaining databases.
• Experience with financial business and metrics tracking preferably with an international organization.
• Experience with data visualization applications (e.g. Spotfire, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency and profound in all other Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.)
• Strong knowledge in working with SAP.
Desirable Requirements:
• Project Management and detailed organizational skills.
• Programming experience (Python preferred). Experience with maintaining databases and SQL queries (Oracle preferred).
