A 30year young Engineering company based in Mumbai. We specialize in fluid handling Automation Paint and sealant Robotic systems for manufacturing plants of the automotive OEMs.

The company is a leading supplier of Turnkey systems for spray finishing paint circulation sealant adhesives and lubrication also cater to the two four agriculture construction segments of most of the OEM clients.

Purpose of Job:

B2B sales / Lead Generation of Industrial Products EPC Projects Automation Products heavy machinery / capital goods Robot system sales to industrial product and automotive manufacturing companies.

KRA s:

1.Achieve targeted sales for the region as assigned

2.Maintain and Achieve Key Accounts targeted sales

3.Maintain customer relationships.

4. Acquire new customer/new application.

5. Ensure timely collection of payment

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Initiate lead/demand generation strategies and visit customers.

2. Identify strong potential prospects using various data mining options and creativity to generate leads and opportunities.

3. Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements; and accordingly find the brand fit.

4. Provide engaging and articulate information about organisational value proposition to potential customers.

5. Maintain well organized uptodate and accurate sales information and activity reports in the CRM system.

6. Collaboratively work with the marketing team and EI leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.

7. Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow through with the lead prospect.

8. Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of professional product demonstrations via webinars or facetoface meetings.

9. Represent organisation at corporate events or sales meetings independently or with colleagues.

10. Meet personal targets and work towards organisations sales goals and profitability.

11. Provide consistent concise accurate internal and external communications.

12. Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone email telephone conferencing webinars and face to face to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.

13. Providing consistent concise accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management

14. Adhere to company policies procedures culture and business ethics.

15. Develop a strong knowledge of companys products and services to facilitate the sales process.

Position Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: BE / Diploma Mechanical or Instrumentation. Eng

Experience: 3 to 6 years in Sales of Industrial Products/Capital Goods/Equipments Electric machine tools Pneumatic equipment or parts SPMs to Automotive industry or Allied industrial manufacturing companies

Experience of calling on customers for lead generation and meetings.

Required Skill Sets:

1. Has advanced all round interpersonal skills.

2. Excellent communication presentation networking and negotiation skills.

3. Customer service oriented with a positive wellmotivated attitude.

4. Conscientious hardworking and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.

5. Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office google programs and social networking tools.

6. Handson experience in ERP / CRM would be preferred.

7. Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritise as necessary.

8. Must be highly proficient in all aspects of English language especially speaking listening and writing skills.

9. Willingness to travel and work with global professionals.

10. Must be enthusiastic about the automation industry and automation products.

11. Integrity of data reporting.
