The Role: The Real Estate and Expansion Manager will play a crucial role in expanding Healthify's reach through the strategic launch of offline stores and diagnostic centers. This role combines the complexity of healthcare services with the dynamic nature of retail expansion, requiring a versatile skill set that spans across site selection, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and the integration of our physical locations with our digital app. Responsibilities: ● Lead the strategic site selection for new Healthify stores and diagnostic centers, ensuring optimal visibility, accessibility, and market penetration. ● Oversee the end-to-end setup process, from lease negotiations to store and center fit-outs, aligning each location with Healthify's brand and operational standards. ● Coordinate with interior designers, construction teams, and civil vendors to create functional and welcoming environments for our customers and staff. ● Ensure a seamless synergy between Healthify 's digital app and the physical stores and diagnostic centers, enhancing customer experience through integrated services. ● Manage inventory and procurement for both retail products and diagnostic supplies, liaising with vendors to secure competitive rates and maintain stock levels. ● Develop and implement operational and marketing strategies to launch and promote the new stores and diagnostic centers, driving customer engagement and loyalty. ● Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure diagnostic centers operate in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, offering high-quality services. ● Monitor the financial performance of stores and diagnostic centers, implementing strategies to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction. Requirements: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Healthcare Administration, or a related field will be a big plus but not mandatory. ● Proven track record in retail or healthcare facility expansion, including experience with site selection, store launches, and project management. ● Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly diagnostic services, and retail operations. ● Experience in managing construction, procurement, and vendor relationships, with a keen eye for detail and budget management. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. ● Strategic thinker with a passion for health and wellness, committed to advancing Healthify's mission of transforming lives.
