Job description

Job Title: Human Resources Specialist with Expertise in Automotive Embedded Systems

Job Purpose:
To strategically align Human Resources (HR) initiatives with our overall business strategy, focusing on the automotive domain. This role involves bridging the gap between management and employees, managing the recruitment process, and supporting the growth of our human capital in line with the automotive industry's evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop HR Strategies: Implement HR initiatives that are in harmony with our business goals, particularly focusing on the automotive sector.
Management-Employee Relations: Address demands, grievances, and other issues to maintain a healthy work environment.
Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the hiring process to ensure the recruitment of top talent, especially with experience in the automotive industry and embedded systems.
Human Capital Development: Foster employee engagement, motivation, and retention to meet current and future business needs.

Primary Skills:
Automotive Domain Expertise: Proven experience in the automotive domain, with a deep understanding of the Classic AUTOSAR Stack.
AUTOSAR Stack Integration: Hands-on experience in integrating and configuring the Classic AUTOSAR stack.
Embedded Software Development: Solid background in embedded software development within the automotive environment.
Platform Awareness: Knowledge of real-time and multi-core platforms, including task priority, memory allocation, and partitioning.
Programming Proficiency: Hands-on experience in C and C++ programming.
Programming Proficiency: Strong understanding of CAN/LIN/UDS/DoIP/CAPL.
Software Tools: Familiarity with Vector Da Vinci, VIRTUAL target from Vector, and MATLAB/Simulink.

Secondary Skills:
Chassis Experience: Background in working with automotive chassis systems.
Service-Oriented Architecture: Understanding of SOA in automotive contexts.
CI/CT/CD Knowledge: Good knowledge of Continuous Integration/Testing/Delivery practices.
Debugging Skills: Experience in debugging with tools like Lauterbach.
Configuration Management: Proficiency in tools like GITLAB and JIRA.
Process Understanding: Familiarity with the ASPICE process and Agile methodology, particularly SAFe.
