Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with tax preparation and compliance
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Business acumen and analytical thinking
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage financial transactions and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and statements
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Support auditors during financial audits
- Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes
