We have an urgent vacancy for Highly Qualified Finance & Accounting Professionals for our Coimbatore office. Designation: Specialist , Finance & Accounts Job Location : Coimbatore He/She will be responsible for the Finance & Accounting operations for our Indian office. Candidate should have indept knoweldge in Statutory Accounting Principles. Should have leadership qualities and capable of heading a team. He/She should have prior experience in internal audits He/She should we well experienced in GST Norms. Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports & statements. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles. Ensure efficient accouting controls & systems are in place. Coordinate and conduct quarterly audits & provide recommendations. Improve systems and procedures within the department and initiate corrective actions. Assign projects to the team and direct to ensure accuracy. Meet the yearly financial accounting objectives. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions. To overlook & file statutory accounts prepared. He/She should have experience in Import & Exports Documentation. He/She should be capable of monitoring optimum Inventory Management. Should have a financial plan coordinating the Vendor Payables, Customer Receivables & Fund Position. To manage the preparation of the departmental budgets and forecasts Risk Assessment. Supervise all financial tasks of our company and ensure we use capital and resources in an efficient manner. Allocate resources and manage cash flows for the entire organization Conduct profit and cost analyses on a regular basis. Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations Consult the management about funding options Implement Cost Controll Measures He/She will be responsible for Implementing a healthy work culture/environment. He/She should be capable of micromanaging. He/She should be capable of multitasking. He/She shoud be result oriented within the set deadlines He/She should have an eye for detail. He/She will directly report to the Director. Pls Note : This position requires candidates who are willing to accept to work in a challenging / highly demanding work environment.
