Designation: Senior Manager - Finance (Financial Reporting and Audit)

Location: Bangalore

Report to: Deputy Finance

Job Role:

Senior Manager Financial Finance role you would involve in overseeing the financial reporting and Audit function within the organization and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Duties:

- Responsible for assuring all financial and accounting operations are in compliance with GAAP. Develop local policies, SOPs and procedures where needed.

- Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures in a timely and accurate manner including preparation of monthly reconciliation of all key balance sheet accounts and supporting schedules

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial results to management team

- Oversee general ledger & Revenue assurance

- Responsible for Business risk assessment and analysis

- Manage day to day accounting activities and identify and implement more efficient and automated processes and procedures

- Assist in sharing information required for monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns

- Review and ensure strong financial controls are maintained in the business

-End to End management of financial Reporting & Audits

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

- 8+ years experience in Financial Accounting / Controllership / Audit

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CA

- Experience with Electronics / Mobile Industry is a plus

- Audit experience with Big 4 is a plus

- Must have strong knowledge and experience in financial fundamentals: accounting, budgeting, forecasting, international accounting standards, taxation and compliance regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership skills, foster an environment of collaboration and drive changes with implication beyond the finance function

- Solid understanding of GAAP

- Experience implementing internal control procedures

- Exceptional organization techniques and attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines

- Excellent attention to detail
