Lead MSXI's Global Bids to Success: Bid Manager Opportunity Shape our future by crafting winning bids that secure global business deals.

Role Purpose :

Lead the global bid management for MSXI. Liaising with the Global Values stream leaders (CXO and VP), Sales team, Global solutions leaders, Digital Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Cross functional teams, Legal team, Clients and BPO hub Director to create impactful proposals for RFI/RFP/RFQ as per the proposal submission timeline.

Role Scope :

 Responsible for managing bids end to end from bid qualification to bid submission in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs), RFI, RFQ from customers around the globe (North America, Europe, APMEA and South of America)  Pursuing Bid Content, Proposal Writing, Tracking and Managing Proposal Response, Preparing Business cases, Marketing collaterals and working on required supportive compliance documents.  Prepared response documents for various bids by working with cross-functional teams from different parts of world.  Working with the solution team and assisting in developing an accurate understanding of business needs and related issues from RFP/RFI and map the proposed solution at a high-level against the requirements and the marketing or bid content.  End to End understanding of Bid management and Proposal Management process.  Preparing the Bid plan outlining the roles & responsibilities of all the stakeholders. Collaborate with sales & delivery heads, orchestrate the effective internal win strategies, storyline, action plans, articulated the differentiators, win themes creation, conducted war rooms sessions, capability presentations.  Prepare presentations and proposal documents as per requirement of business team.  Proposal Writing and Management, pre-sales and bid management experience on working mid and large sized deals related Automotive Industry  Create and manage repository of business proposals and train AI platform to generate proposals by quick authoring.  Work collaboratively on all aspects of online content development, for example, design & develop presentation, video tutorials, infographics and webinars for colleagues at all levels.  Should be able to understand the RFP / RFQ document or the brief given by sales / business team.  Understand business proposal structures for different type of solutions / products  Facilitate necessary reviews and approvals from legal, finance, solution, delivery for response submission.  Support creating sales collaterals, Capability Materials, Corporate Information decks, detailed case studies, Brochures etc.  Manage the team of Graphic designers, ensure the productivity, and turn around KPIs are met.  Knowledge and document management of old proposals, standardizing the proposal documents for quick turnaround.  Additional to role knowledge – Data Management & Analytics, Cloud, Automation and Digital Services.  Basic knowledge of various pricing models i.e., T&M, Fixed Price and development methodologies i.e., Agile, DevOps, Waterfall etc.

Person Specification –

Bid Manager

Experience :

 Experience in end-to-end bid management, should have worked as Bid manager.  Proposal Writing and Management.  Deep understanding of document design and aesthetics aspects of the proposal.  Understanding of Automotive Industry / retail industry  Basic knowledge of various pricing models i.e., T&M, Fixed Price and development methodologies i.e., Agile, DevOps, Waterfall etc.

Knowledge :

 Understanding of Business proposal creation processes.  Understanding of Automotive retail industry.

Skills :

 Ability to interact with CXO level.  Organising and Planning skills.  Ability and enthusiasm to learn new skills.  Ability to manage projects independently.  Ability to adapt to new tasks and technologies.

Working Pattern and Location :

 Permanent  Monday-Friday  Office working  Open to work in 2nd Shift (13:00 to 10:00PM or similar)
