About The Role: The Business Development Executive (called Partner Growth Executive or PGE internally) will support the team with B2B partner acquisition, partner lead generation, and partner relations & and management. HUDLE partners are sports venues, educational institutes with sports facilities, and private sports facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

● Identifying, qualifying, and securing business/partnership opportunities

● Building business relationships with current and potential partners.

● Growing the flow of business to these partners through innovative ideas and execution

● Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts

● Understand the technology & and product and give demos of the same to the prospective partners

● Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential partners at meetings and conferences

● Maintaining a database of existing partners with their latest updates

● Maintaining venue inventory (slot-price and availability) to avoid cancellations due to inventory conflict

● Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential partners

● Understanding partner needs and offering solutions and support

● Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.

● Closing deals and working with partners through closing processes

Requirements & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in both English and Hindi)

● Graduation in any specialization

● Attention to detail

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers ● Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client

● Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

● Self-motivated and willing to learn. Interest in sports & and fitness is a bonus.
