Relevant Experience 7-10 Years Job DescriptionThe selected consultant will be required to support for:
To coordinate development cycle like prototype, Supplier and testing agencies.
To participate in vehicle build & issue resolution
To select connectors, wires, coverings, parking clips/clamps. etc as per vehicle & considering surround
Making primary Fuse Dis tribution Strategy, Ground Strategy
Preparation of 3D wiring Harness route
Packaging requirement generation for wiring harness in vehicle DMU
To review and validate wiring harness 2D drawing in CHS
To review and validate wiring harness modules TPLs in P LM Teamcenter
review and validate of DFM, DFA, DFS document preparation & sign off
Information Fitment Drawing review & make ne cessary action as per plant, service feedback
Complete harness review in Teamcenter visualisation for finalisationPreferred Ski lls & KnowledgePrimarily Skill : 1) Catia 3D & 2D Electrical Module, Sheet Metal & Assembly2) CHS 2D drawing preparation.3) Can Architecture4) Vehicle level circuit & architecture integration5) Knowledge of Automotive Wiring Harness Design Standards.6) Sho uld have Strong Communication and presentation skills.7) Knowledge of Vehicular Electrical Components. Must have : Automotive Ele ctrical & Electronics Domain with EV & Fuel cell vehiclesWiring Harness Design & Development processWiring Harness Manufacturing p rocessVehicle TroubleshootingE&E system Integration knowledge Additional Requirements :1) Willing to travel 2) Should be able t o work in shifts.3) Team Management & Supplier interaction4) Should be a strong work planner.
Work experience in automotive Wiri ng Harness 3D & 2D, EV Architecture
Hand on Experience Electrical and Electronics aggregate Packing
Experience in design of 2D d rafting, 3d modelling & Vehicle level DMU.
Thorough knowledge of Catia V5 Mechanical module along with Sheet metal, Surface module s are preferable.
Good Understanding of packing standard like, GD & T, release in PLM, Gap and flushness, stack up analysis, DVA e tc.
Knowledge of quality process such as DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DFS 8D etc.
