Job description
The Offboarding Analyst position in People Services is a part of the Employee Relations (ER) Operations Offboarding Team in a Shared Services environment. The ER Operations position supports all Business Units in the Americas and provides direct and indirect support to employees, managers, HR professionals and HR Employment Counsel. In addition, the Offboarding Analyst provides compliance support to RTX policies and local, state and federal law, analyzes customer needs, supports day-to-day activities and operational efficiency, to meet or exceed defined goals and objectives.
Mandatory Experience/Qualifications
Any degree with good communication skills, 4-7 years of experience in the following areas.
US exit formalities, Handling US specific exit processes
Voluntary & Involuntary exit
US payroll knowledge
Severance calculation
Work timing: EST time .
