Job Location - South Delhi - Work from Office Experience - 6 to 8 years Product Manager Objectives Develop and communicate a comprehensive strategy for software solutions and products across multiple companies and industries Communicate priorities, requirements, plans, and project status with key stakeholders throughout the organization on an ongoing basis Act as an intermediary between the Executive Team, Marketing/Sales, and Engineering Collaborate with Engineering and Design to plan, build, and launch features; facilitate communication, organization, and task management from concept through launch Maintain a clear product innovation roadmap for 5+ products at all times Define success metrics for, measure, and evaluate the impact of product efforts - maximizing efficiency in a constantly evolving environment Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the combined team Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that software solutions, products, and Clinical solutions meet their needs Be a key stakeholder to the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of software solutions that meet strategic requirements Stay abreast of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements for software solutions, products, and practice management Identify customer pain points and opportunities with key partners, collaboratively build business cases to address them, and brainstorm product opportunities to deliver those solutions Competencies Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, practice management principles (EHR & Scheduling, and compliance), and software development best practices Innovative thinking and problem solving. You’re able to translate business objectives and nebulous ideas into highly successful, creative consumer products Analytical skills, including a command of A/B testing, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Exemplary communication, presentation, and organizational skills Experience in highly regulated industries navigating delivering customer value in the midst of requirements and approvals required by regulations Independent and proactive leadership. You listen well and convince others to pursue both completely new experiences and optimizations of existing flows that best serve the company mission Understand how to decide when to build vs. buy features. Experience evaluating vendors and creating frameworks for balancing customization with time to market Passion for health, our customers, and the problems we’re solving Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business, healthcare management, or a related discipline). Advanced degree (MBA, MHA) is a plus. Proven experience (7+ years) in combined Product Management, with a focus on software solutions in healthcare
