JOB SCOPE
Role : HR Manager
As the HR Manager for our Industrial Rubber Product company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and driving HR initiatives to support the organization's growth and success. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a positive work culture. The HR Manager will be a crucial link between management and employees, ensuring a smooth and harmonious work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation, facilitating smooth integration into the company.
- Administer performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Advise and support managers in handling employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive employee benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Conduct training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and foster professional growth.
- Manage compensation and payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Promote a positive work culture and maintain employee morale through engagement programs and recognition initiatives.
- Oversee HR-related record-keeping and ensure data confidentiality.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in HR is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in an industrial setting.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS software and proficiency in Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities with the capability to lead and inspire HR team members.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
