About the Role

As a Senior marketing analyst, you will be collecting and analyzing large amounts of customer, marketing, app data to find patterns, draw insights, and create reports that summarize findings in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.
• Track and identify insights & improvement opportunities with paid customer journeys
• Drive decisions across multiple business lines across performance and growth marketing based on end to end funnels of customer journey.
• Monitor and forecast marketing/sales trends, highlighting opportunities for new initiatives and promotions
• Work independently with cross-functional teams
• Maintain the timeline and accuracy of reports consistently
• Mentor junior analyst(s) in the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business analytics or a related field.
• Expertise in MS Excel (advanced)/ Google Sheets is mandatory.
• Min. 2 years of experience in writing SQL queries and using BI tools such as Metabase.
• Experience with Leadsquared or another CRM system is preferred.
• Should have experience working with Google Analytics, ad-dashboards of meta and google.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, to support project environments with internal, external, and customer teams.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
