Role: Phone Manager – Bancassurance

 

Skill set required:

  1. Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information

  2. Ability to manage customer queries, to respond promptly to the needs of the customer and convince the customer positively.

  3. Result Orientation.

  4. High level of motivation and perseverance.

  5. Sales mindset and a positive attitude.

  6. Basic computer knowledge/technological skills.

  7. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to converse in English & local language is essential.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Calling and identifying potential customers from allocated campaigns.

  2. Convincing prospects about products.

  3. Ensure timely call backs and follow-ups for closure of sales.

  4. Ensure correct information is provided to the customer on calls.

  5. Fulfill all company-established policy obligations.

  6. Ensuring 80% Login to issuance.

  7. Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and keep relative records.
