Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain our products and services
- Develop and maintain a database of potential leads and follow up with them regularly
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product details, pricing, and promotions
- Understand the needs and requirements of customers and offer suitable solutions
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of our products and services to customers
- Keep track of all calls made and maintain detailed and accurate documentation
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., MS Office)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
