The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our HubSpot tool to meet the evolving needs of our business. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our customer relationship management processes and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. Key Responsibilities: HubSpot CRM Development: Design, customize, and develop HubSpot CRM solutions to align with business requirements. Implement and maintain system configurations, workflows, and automation processes to enhance efficiency. Integration Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HubSpot CRM with other business applications and tools. Ensure data consistency and integrity by managing data migrations and integrations. Customization and Configuration: Customize fields, forms, templates, and dashboards within HubSpot CRM to meet the specific needs of the organization. Optimize user experience through thoughtful customization and configuration. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for end-users, addressing issues, and resolving system-related challenges promptly. Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates to maintain optimal performance. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate users on best practices and efficient utilization of HubSpot CRM features. Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and integrations. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest HubSpot CRM features and industry best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements to drive continuous optimization. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a HubSpot CRM Developer or similar role. In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM functionalities, configurations, and customization options. Strong understanding of CRM integration principles and practices. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript for advanced customization. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. HubSpot CRM certifications are a plus. Demonstrated experience in CRM development and implementation projects.
