Job description
Logistics KRA’s1. Arrange and manage transportation operations, encompassing Innotronix Labs and Trading Pvt Ltd. shipments via various modes such as trains, buses, couriers, and porters.2. Create and execute logistics strategies aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and reducing expenses.3. Examine logistics data to pinpoint chances for reducing costs and enhancing operational processes.PPCS KRA’s1. Receiving, storing, and overseeing the handling of incoming goods and materials in alignment with monthly material resource planning.2. Collaborate with carriers to ensure streamlined inventory control and distribution processes.3. Support sales by ensuring commitments to customers are met through regular updates to the sales team regarding any raw material shortages.4. Hold morning meetings with the Supply Chain Operations Department, conducting thorough analyses of shortages to ensure traceability and end-to-end tracking of shortages.Store KRA’s1. Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) promptly and accurately in Tally to record the receipt of goods.2. Ensure the material resource planning database is kept up to date by updating information on incoming, ongoing, and planned raw material arrivals.5. CANDIDATE PROFILE:Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field2. Proven experience in logistics coordination, transportation management, or supply chain operations.3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.6. Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in logistics and transportation.Experience: 2 to 3 year
