Immediate Joining Required Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Bardawan District, West Bengal. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the same industry, demonstrating expertise in electrical engineering and a proven track record of successful project management.
Responsibilities: - Electrical System Design: Lead and contribute to the design and development of electrical systems for our industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Project Management: Manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities with other engineering disciplines.
- Equipment Selection: Evaluate, select, and specify electrical equipment and systems, considering performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting electrical issues, ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders, to achieve project goals and operational excellence.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all electrical engineering activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Implement measures to enhance the safety of electrical systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of electrical designs, project plans, and maintenance activities. Prepare reports for management review.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in electrical engineering. Implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior electrical engineer role within the same industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Project management skills with a successful track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
