Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Executive Chef for a pre-opening restaurant property. The restaurant will be a fine dining restaurant serving North Western Frontier Province cuisine. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, designing recipes, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality food is served. The Chef will also be responsible for maintaining kitchen inventory, food hygiene and safety, and building relationships with vendors and suppliers.
