Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and providing support to customers through various channels: email, phone, chat, social media. The candidate will work remotely for some days and should have the capability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
• Ability to understand and address customer issues while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in a digital or tech-related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
