Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic vision, development, and execution of innovative products within the Indian fintech market.

Key Deliverables :

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive growth, revenue, and market share in the Indian fintech market.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.

• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products that meet customer requirements.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact product development and strategy.

Key Competencies :

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 3-6 years of product management experience in the fintech industry, with a focus on alternative investments, SDIs (bonds), or commercial real estate.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing fintech products from concept to market.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an agile development environment, with a deep understanding of agile principles and practices.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to fintech products in India.
