Introduction on the role:

The onsite merchandiser will be responsible for optimizing HEYDUDE brand website onsite merchandising to maximize sales and conversion. This role will be responsible for executing GTM, onsite merchandising, product cataloging, driving on-site conversion for HEYDUDE brand website and will have to collaborate closely with the digital commerce, merchandising and marketing teams to plan, execute the go-to-market and report results using customer data and insights and make recommendations for enhancements and future course corrections.

What will you do

  • Execute all daily merchandising activities such as: on-site merchandising, product listing, campaign & promotion scheduling, and NPI launches.
  • Maintain and optimize site navigation. Create and remove categories as needed based on merchandising strategies. Web analytics and sales dashboard to be maintained and shared.
  • Collaborate & partner with the global eCommerce team to review upcoming plans and set-up a roadmap for crocs.in basis the priority for our market.
  • Collaborate with the global eCommerce team to prioritize investments and execution of promo and product story telling initiatives that are the primary traffic drivers for crocs.in.
  • Partner with the digital demand generation and analytics teams to track, analyze and evolve. Make recommendations on the prioritization and investment strategies based on the data.
  • Create weekly and monthly reporting for onsite performance, homepage performance, site search etc. Conduct comprehensive analysis and recommend solutions to maximize sales.
  • Work closely to implement and successfully run the 3rd party technologies on crocs.in including but not limited to: Magento Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, Payment Gateways.

Who are you

  • Graduate/Post-graduate preferably from top-tier educational institutions.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in eCommerce is a must.
  • Strong understanding of onsite metrices (Conversion, AOV, bounce rate, CTR etc).
  • Excellent spreadsheet manipulation and modelling skill.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player, want to win, treat others well & own your success.
